Kuleana Gardens is our latest affordable housing project. This nine unit apartment building located in Eldersburg in Carroll County will offer below fair market rents to people with disabilities and low income. The project is undergoing major renovations and is slated for completion by the summer of 2012.

The U. S. Department of Housing and Urban Development, the Maryland Department of Health and Mental Hygiene, The Harry and Jeanette Weinberg Foundation and the Maryland Affordable Housing Trust have contributed funding for this project.
