Prologue in Carroll County

Adults living in the Sykesville-Eldersburg community are offered a unique program of groups and activities to help participants develop and use social and daily living skills. This program prepares individuals to live as community members after a period of hospitalization and provides them opportunities for social interaction and support to those at risk for social withdrawal and isolation. Case management services are provided to all who attend.

Individuals attend the Pikesville Day Program Monday through Thursday 9 am to 2 pm and participate in community-based activities in Carroll County on Fridays.

Carroll County Residential Services
Our Residential Program provides residents with assistance in using their medications as prescribed by their doctor. Program staff members also support residents with shopping, cooking, housekeeping, personal hygiene, daily living tasks and access to community activities.
